SLIDE LAYOUT LIBRARY
Consulting Slide Layouts, by Shape
Consultants reuse a small set of slide structures because each one answers a different kind of question. Pick the shape that matches what your slide has to say — every layout below is a redrawn, editable PowerPoint file.
How to pick a layout
Start from the question the slide answers, not from the look of it. If the slide says when things land, you want a timeline. If it says how one thing advances, a process flow. If it says why a number moved, a waterfall. If the blocks can swap places without changing the meaning, they are parallel — pillars or cards. If one point holds up another, a pyramid.
That swap test settles most cases in a few seconds, and it is also how Slideration searches: paste a screenshot of your draft and it matches on structure rather than on colour or wording.
