Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Slideration at budding.site/slideration/en ("Slideration", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying credits you agree to them.

The service

• Slideration lets you upload a screenshot of a slide and returns slide layouts from our library with a similar structure. Searching is free.
• Layouts can be downloaded as editable PowerPoint (.pptx) files using credits. One credit downloads one slide. Downloading a slide you already paid for is free.
• New accounts receive a small number of free credits. We may change the number of free credits for new accounts at any time.

Accounts

• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect free credits, or automated scraping of the library, is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that do this.

Payments

• Credits are sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Creem handles payment, billing and taxes, and its terms of sale also apply to your purchase.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• Credits do not expire and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred to another account.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

License for downloaded slides

• Every layout in the library was redrawn by us and uses fictional sample data. When you download a slide you get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, edit and include it in your own presentations, including commercial and client work.
• You may not resell, redistribute or publish the files themselves as templates, or as part of a template pack or competing library.
• Sample text, numbers and names in the slides are fictional placeholders. Replace them with your own content.

Your uploads

• Only upload screenshots you have the right to use. Screenshots are processed to run the search and are not stored; see the privacy policy for exactly what we keep.

Availability and liability

• The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that search results will fit your needs or that the service will be uninterrupted.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid credits you already hold, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
