Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you download. This policy covers credit packs bought on Slideration.

Unused credits

• If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• If you have used some credits from a pack, we refund the unused part of that pack, pro rata, within 14 days of purchase.
• Free credits given at sign-up are always used first and are not refundable.

Problems with a slide

• If a downloaded file does not open, or is clearly broken or different from its preview, tell us within 14 days. We will fix it or give the credit back.

How to ask for a refund

• Email childgsz@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and include your order number from the Creem receipt email.
• Refunds are issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Refunded credits are removed from your account.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
